The Heavy Duty Cleaning Chemical, which is specifically utilized for removing heavy oils and greases, burnt on flux, ionic residues, and difficult to remove oils. This aromatic cleaner is formulated by using compositions like low foaming emulsifiers and degreasing agents in high concentrations.
The chemical is prepared in a manner where it can maintain high activity at various dilutions with water to effectively remove accumulations of built-up grease, grime, oil and rubber. Its further application is seen in food processing plants meat packing plants, canneries, restaurants, bakery, kitchen, cheese and fish processors. Coil Cleaner
Samrat Industries Coil Cleaner is a liquid cleaner and brightener for complete removal of dust, dirt, greasy-oily soils, carbon deposits and grime on the aluminum fins and copper coils of ahu, fcu, air conditioners (indoor and outdoor), car condenser and radiator, air cooled chillers, air cooled condensers, air cooler tube bundle etc. It rapidly cuts organic deposits and disinfects the system to circulate fresh and healthy air and enhances IAQ (indoor air quality).
Samrat Industries Coil Cleaner has self foaming characteristics which starts immediate foaming when it comes in contact with dirt, enabling excellent penetration of the product into the coils for complete cleaning that instantly shows increase of cfm/air velocity.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Coil Cleaner is a concentrated product and should be used as diluted with water in the ratio of 1part product with 3-5 parts water (depending upon the severity of the soil). It shows excellent cleaning efficacy and foam generation in all methods of application such as: spraying, sprinkling, pouring and dip method.
The product should ideally be allowed a contact time of 10mins for cleaning by self foaming. No scrubbing or wiping is required. Rinse well with plenty of water till foam is completely removed. For more details refer product label.
Important
Aluminum is a very soft metal and is highly prone to corrosion. Care must be taken in terms of good and complete rinsing of the foam from the fins.
Note
Samrat Industries Coil Cleaner is fortified with corrosion inhibitor that protects aluminum during cleaning. However, it does not impart any protective layer or coating on aluminum.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Heavy Duty Alkaline Degreaser should be ideally used at 3-10 parts with water depending upon the severity of the soil. It is a self foaming compound and start immediate reaction when comes in contact with carbon, dust, dirt, ash, protein or grease.
Samrat Industries Heavy Duty Alkaline Degreaser shows excellent results in cleaning and should be allowed to work for 10-15mins on the surface and then flushed away with potable water under pressure.
The ideal method for using Samrat Industries heavy duty alkaline degreaser for opc (open plant cleaning) should be by spraying method. It can also be used by dipping method. Circulation in a closed System can create foaming and handling problems, if not properly vented. for circulation or cip cleaning we recommend use of alstaclean cp90 which is a non foaming variant of this alkaline degreaser.

Acidic Coil Cleaner
Samrat Industries Acidic Coil Cleaner is a coil cleaning and brightening agent. It is useful for cleaning agent for removal of dirt, grease, scales and rust deposits. It is an excellent metal brightener for aluminum, steel and mild steel. after cleaning it leaves the coil shining bright as new. It is based on organic and inorganic acid mixture which is inhibited to be safe on aluminum, ss and other soft / hard metals.
For Food And Pharma Industry - It is non-toxic and safe for cleaning of surfaces that come to direct food or potable water contact. It does not contain chloride compounds.
Samrat Industries Acidic Coil Cleaner leaves the aluminum surface clean and shining bright with original lusture. It is used by beverage, breweries, hospital and dairy industry for cleaning of organic, inorganic soils and scale deposits commonly found in equipments, bright beer tanks, road tankers, water tanks, plate type heat exchangers, milk containers or vessels, aluminum fins and ahu coils etc.

Application and Dosage
Firstly, Drain The Existing Thermic Fluid From The System As Much As Possible. Collect It In Empty Barrels. After That, Total System Is To Be Filled With Fresh Water And Circulated For 30 Minutes At 80\B0C. After Some Time, Circulation Should Be Stopped And Contaminated Water Must Be Drain Out From System.
Preparation of Solution With Samrat Industries Thermic Fluid Line Cleaner At 25%W/W Concentration. The Fresh Water Is Filled In Empty Container And The Chemical Is Added With Slight Agitation. During Agitation, This Solution May Generate Lot of Foam, But It Does Not Affect The Quality, Thus, Agitation Should Be Done Without Any Air Inflow.
These Solutions Should Be Circulated For About 2 Hours And Soaked For 30mins At 80\B0C. This Process Should Be Repeated 3-4 Times Depending Upon The Severity of Fouling. This Will Disperse All The Organic Or Inorganic Scale Paraffin, Waxes, Asphaltenes, Iron Oxides, Sulphides, Carbonates I.E. Corrosion Products And Carbon In The System.
Through This System, All The Sticked Debris Will Be Removed From Their Respective Areas And They Are Broken Down To Their Weakness. This Solution Will Also Soften All Sludges And Varnish. It Will Emulsify All The Oil In Water And The Oil Detergent Will Nullify The Sticky Property of Sludge, Varnish And Carbon. The Total Unrequired Particles In The System Will Start Circulating With The Water Oil Emulsification. And Now After The Guided Time, With The Draining of Water, You Will Find Your System Is Free From Contamination And Is Clean.
P.S: During Recirculation, It Is Advised To Put A Mesh In The Return Line To Collect All Carbon Debris That Comes Out of The System.
After This Flushing With The Chemical, Again Fresh Water Flushing Will Be Done For 2 Times And The Total Water From The System Will Be Removed, Until Ph of 8 At The Reject End Is Received.
Some Moisture May Remain In The System So After Filling The New Thermic Fluid, The System Should Run For Certain Time In Temperature Range of 80\B0-120\B0C, So That Moisture Is Converted Into Steam And Evaporated From System Through The Expansion Tank Or Air Pressure May Be Used To Remove The Moisture From The System.
