Clax Build

CLAX BUILD is a liquid alkali builder/pH booster, based on a mixture of alkalis and NTA (water hardness binder), for use in medium to hard water.

CLAX BUILD is a powerful alkali builder/booster, which is based on a balanced blend of alkali, water hardness sequestering agent and anti-greying agents.

The NTA based building system ensures low water hardness ion concentration and consequently prevents precipitation of detergent components. In this way this building system also functions as anti-greying agent by preventing formation and deposition of water hardness salts onto fabric.

CLAX BUILD is most commonly applied in conjunction with a surfactant booster. These products combined with bleach offer a powerful system, which may be used for cleaning fabric from hospitals and other healthcare establishments. When combined with a main wash detergent, CLAX BUILD enhances the wash performance on heavily soiled goods by increasing the pH of the wash solution.

Application and Dosage
Dosing level is dependent on water hardness, nature and level of soil and type of fabric.

Dosage recommendation:
Soil level Dosage : (ml/kg dry goods)
Light : 8 - 12
Medium : 15 - 20
Heavy : 25 - 40

Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Clax Soft

CLAX SOFT is a concentrated fabric softener liquid specially formulated for use in commercial and on premise laundries. The product is suitable for application on most types of fabric and can be manually or auto-dosed.

Application and Dosage
Dosing level is dependent on wash classification. The softener should be applied in the last rinse of a washer extractor or in the last section of a continuous batch washer.

Clax Cid

CLAX CID is a laundry sour specially formulated for use in commercial and on premise laundries. This product should be applied in the last rinse to neutralize residual alkali and to reduce traces of active chlorine.

Key Features and Benefits

  • CLAX CID is an alkali and chlorine ‘neutralizer’, based on bisulphites. These substances are mildly acidic and are applied to neutralize alkali present in rinse water and on fabric.
  • CLAX CID prevents yellowing (or galling), caused by residual alkalinity on fabric. In addition it functions as anti-chlor (reduction process) for traces of chlorine left after the bleach process. Neutralization of residual chlorine is essential, as traces of chlorine on fabric combined with high temperature during drying, will cause excessive fabric damage.
  • Accidental over-dosing of CLAX CID will not lead to a too low pH, and consequently the risk of fabric damage is minimal. An organic acids-based neutralizer should only be used in those cases where no chlorine bleach has been applied.
  • CLAX CID can be used for all types of fabric, except for clean room garments. Effective neutralization of residual alkalinity in rinse water and on fabric.

Application and Dosage
Dosage recommendation: 1.0-3.0ml / kg dry goods

Clax Universal

CLAX Universal or CLAX 200 S is a liquid laundry detergent based on blend of non ionic surfactants. This blend is used for removing of stubborn oily soil deposits. This product improves the entire cleaning efficiency and is usuall used in conjunction with alkaline builders as a detergency booster.


Application and Dosage
Dosage of CLAX 200 S is dependent on wash specifications. The dosage ranges from 0.5 to 2 ml/kg of dry clothes for light soil level, from 2 to 5 ml/kg of dry clothes for medium soil level and from 3 to 6 ml/kg of dry clothes for heavy soil level. You are requested to refer your Samrat Enterprise representative for advising you the best dosage or application method.

Liquid Bleach

Liquid Bleach serves as a laundry destainer that has been specially formulated to be used in healthcare, commercialand on premise laundries. The product, Liquid Bleach, manufactured by Samrat Enterprise Speciality Limited, functions as an effective low temperature bleach system based on hypochlorite, alkali and bleach stabilizing agents.The product should be applied in the rinseat temperatures between 20 and 40oC and can be used for all types of whitefabrics and a limited number of colorfast articles.It presents itself as a very thin liquid, which makes it easily pumpable, ensuring optimal delivery in the wash solution.
