Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Non-Ionic Polyelectrolyte dry PAM non-ionic flocculants should be properly dipersed and dissolved to 0.1-0.5% concentration. Dissolution should be completed around 1 hour of agitation, but will be faster in warm water. However, the temperature of water should be refrained from above 50\B0C. Treatment Levels (for use as)

Thickening Flocculants : 0.1~ 5.0 ppm

Secondary Flocculation With Polyelectrolyte
Secondary Flocculation With Polyelectrolyte is the process in with the efflent water is added with polyelectrolytes for final settling. Before the secondary settling usually the effluent is dosed with primary coagulants that function to make the solids coagulate and become heavier. This helps the secondary flocculants or polyelectrolyte to instantly form flocs and do the seperation with following benefits:-

Types of secondary flocculation polyelectrolyte
Secondary Flocculating Polyelectrolytes are of various types. The range primarily includes different variants of polyacrylamide with differenct molecular weights such as low molecular weight (LMW Polyelectrolyte), medium molecular weight (MMW Polyelectrolyte), high molecular weight (HMW Polyelectrolyte) and ultra high molecular weight (UHMW Polyelectrolyte) and ionic charges such as Anionic Polyelectrolyte, Cationic Polyelectrolyte, Non-Ionic Polyelectrolyte and Amphoteric Polyelectrolyte.
Primary settling coagulants such as alum, PAC (poly aluminum chloride), ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate etc are used and from the organic range products like poly DADMAC, polyamine and poly DCDA are used.

Samrat Industries Deoiling Polyelectrolyte(dope) is a powder polyelectrolyte to be used as flocculant in direct filtration process for settling of inorganic suspended solids, effluent water.
