Organic Corrosion Inhibitor
PROTODIN\AE is a specially formulated chemical additive for Propylene Glycol and Ethylene Glycol to protect system metals from corrosion. It is a multi-metal corrosion inhibitor and prevents corrosion in multi-ways.
PROTODIN\AE modifies metal surface by absorption and making it less susceptible to corrosion. It buffers the organic acids formed as a result of glycol oxidation and prevents further formation of acids. PROTODIN\AE is compatible and fully functional in glycol-water & glycol-ethanol (rectified spirit) mixtures and improves heat transferability.

Application and Dosage
Under normal conditions, the dosage of PROTODIN\AE is 8% w/w of the glycol quantity.

Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Samrat Industries Copper Corrosion Inhibitor is a yellow metal corrosion inhibitor developed for use in closed loop system containing chiller or hot water. It prevents corrosion or rusting of yellow by forming a passive coating of protective film on copper and cu-alloys.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Copper Corrosion Inhibitor is added neat or diluted to the water. It can be mixed with water in any ratio. It can be dosed directly to the makeup tank or with metered injection dosing pump into the closed circuit. The dosage rate is dependent on the system conditions and the amount of water loss. Initial dosage is high to establish a film on the surface. Regular dosage may be required for compensating the loss due to leakage. Please refer to your csl service engineer for exact product dosage.

Sea Water Corrosion Inhibitor
Samrat Industries SEA WATER CORROSION INHIBITOR is a liquid product which is designed for preventing corrosion on Mild Steel and Carbon Steel (both low and high carbon) and in Sea water rich with chloride and fluoride.
Samrat Industries SEA WATER CORROSION INHIBITOR is a film forming compound and resists corrosion by repulsion technology and oxygen scavenging. It inhibits the formation of corrosive acids such as Hydrochloric and Hydrobromic Acid along with prevention of oxidation corrosion.

Samrat Industries Water Hydro Testing Corrosion Inhibitor is a liquid organic film forming compound for corrosion inhibition by repulsion technology and oxygen scavenging. Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Water Hydro Testing Corrosion Inhibitor should be fed neat with basic procedure to the tank/brine system at the rate of 100mg/l of the saline water volume used for hydrotesting. Slug feeding should be done to establish a fast protective film on the metal surface.
Protodin inhibited solution can be allowed to stay for up to 3 months under open air. The solution being organic in nature, can invite bio-fouling in presence of sunlight, in case of long term storage. To prevent biofouling ALSTACIDE CW30 should be dosed to the water at 80ppm.
