Chiller Water Corrosion Inhibitor
The Chiller Water Corrosion Inhibitor is used for inhibiting the corrosion from the interior parts of the closed loop system containing chiller water. It forms protective film on the internals made up of ferrous metals to prevent corrosion. Nitrite Based Corrosion Inhibitor
Samrat Industries NITRITE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR is a superior blend of multi-metal corrosion inhibitors for closed loop system containing chiller or hot water. It prevents corrosion or rusting of metal by forming a passive coating of protective oxide film on steel.
Samrat Industries NITRITE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR also contains a special yellow metal (copper) corrosion inhibitor,that protects copper and its alloys such as cupro-nickel, brass etc., from corrosion.
In case of hardness ingress Samrat Industries NITRITE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR prevents scaling and deposition of calcium and magnesium hardness and iron deposits. Thus keeping the heat exchange at best efficiency.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries NITRITE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR is a nitrite based system corrosion inhibitor program and should be added directly to the system in its neat form or diluted with clean, soft water to give a desired nitrite level. It can be dosed directly to the make up tank or with metered injection dosing pump into the closed circuit. The nitrite level varies from 600-2400 ppm (as NO2) depending upon the application.

Note : Nitrite based program is a completely organic and biodegradable program, for this reason, the nitrite is degraded by bacteria. A non-oxidising biocide such as Important ALSTACIDE CW30 at 50-100ppm dosage will prevent this degradation.
Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Samrat Industries MOLYBDATE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR is a molybdate based multi-metal corrosion inhibitor developed for use in closed loop system containing chiller or hot water. It prevents corrosion or rusting of metal by forming a passive coating of protective film on ferrous metals. It also prevents corrosion on non-ferrous metals.
Samrat Industries MOLYBDATE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR contains organic dispersants and antiscalants that helps to keep the surface of the systems clean and thus provides the basis for the formation of an effective corrosion protection film.
Samrat Industries MOLYBDATE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR is mainly applied in CHW line of HVAC systems, glycol chiller, secondary cooling water systems of power plants, in the cooling systems of blast furnaces, in systems for cooling the molds in continuous casting mills and in hot and cold water systems in various industry.
Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries MOLYBDATE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR is added neat or diluted to the water. It can be mixed with water in any ratio.It can be dosed directly to the make up tank or with metered injection dosing pump into the closed circuit.The dosage rate is dependent on the system conditions and the amount of water loss. Dosage may vary from 50ppm - 300ppm as molybdate depending upon application. Samrat Industries MOLYBDATE BASED CORROSION INHIBITOR should be added at 4kgs per KL of soft water to maintain 50-100ppm molybdate .

Samrat Industries HEAT TRANSFER FLUID CORROSION INHIBITOR is a specially formulated chemical additive to protect system metals from corrosion. It is a multi-metal corrosion inhibitor and prevents corrosion in multi-ways.
Samrat Industries HEAT TRANSFER FLUID CORROSION INHIBITOR modifies metal surface by absorption and making it less susceptible to corrosion. It buffers the organic acids formed.
