Jar Cleaning Chemical
Samrat Industries Jar Cleaning Chemical (Internal) is a low foaming heavy duty, non-foaming acidic cleaning compound for use in a wide range of CIP applications in the Dairy, Food and Beverage industry and also used for PET Jar Washing (internal) for package drinking water.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries JAR CLEANING CHEMICAL (INTERNAL) is typically used for CIP and Jar washing applications at concentrations between 0.1 to 2.0% w/w for cleaning / descaling at 60-70 deg C. Exact concentration, time and temperature of using the jar cleaner will depend upon the application. Jar washing can be done with cold water.
As a good practice, metal surfaces should be neutralizing after cleaning with a weak solution of NaOH (Sodium hydroxide) or KOH (Potassium hydroxide).
Thoroughly rinse the system / jar after use to remove any contaminants. Though this is not a sterilant but gives up to 5 log reductions of E-coli, yeast, mold, fungi and salmonella at 0.5% w/w concentration with 5 mins contact time at elevated temperature.
Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Jar Washing Chemical
Samrat Industries Jar Washing Chemical (External) is a concentrated blend of anionic surfactants and emulsifiers. It is high foaming liquid cleaner for general purpose cleaning applications in food and beverage, brewery, dairy and pharmaceutical industry.

Jar Label Remover
Samrat Industries Jar Label Remover is a highly concentrated blend of alkaline cleaner with wetting agents and water scale removing that makes it a single stage heavy duty degreasing cleaner for removing stubborn protein, oil and fat deposits.
Samrat Industries Jar Label Remover functions as a multipurpose low foaming cleaner for OPC (open plant cleaning) by spray applications such as in crates washing, mineral water jars cleaning, floor, walls, tables etc. in dairy, food & beverage industry.

Application and Dosage
For CIP: Samrat Industries Jar Label Remover should be used at concentrations between 0.5% - 3.0% depending upon soil load. Add 0.5% to 1.0% as additive to caustic soda depending on water hardness. For best results CIP should ideally be carried out at 70oC to 90oC for about 20-30 minutes. In few areas for better results Samrat Industries Jar Label Remover can be used alternatively with acidic CIP cleaners such as ALSTACLEAN CP3/PC and ALSTASAN series of disinfectants.
For OPC, jar washing or manual use: 1.0% - 3.0% concentration should be used depending upon soil load. Suitable for spray washing. Can be used as water scale softener in PHE before acidic descaling at 2% w/w concentration to remove loose mud and oil deposits and softening of scales.
