Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor
Samrat Industries Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor is a blend of filming amines with neutralizing amines of low and high vapour/liquid distribution ratio to provide protection to all stages.
Samrat Industries Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor neutralizes carbon dioxide within the condensate system and prevents corrosion due to carbonic acid formation in the initial, middle and extended areas of condensate system.
Samrat Industries Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor contains multi-functional corrosion inhibitors, designed for use in steam and complex condensate systems. It can be used up to 170 kg/cm2 or 160bar or 2400 psig pressure and temperature up to 450oC (840oF)

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor is fed neat (undiluted) continuously to the boiler feed water depending upon the carbon dioxide content of the steam at about 2ppm per CO2 ppm based on steam use. Samrat Industries Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor should be dosed to give a pH of 8.5 to 9.0 in the condensate return at all times.

Deha - Diethyl Hydroxyl Amine
Samrat Industries Deha - Diethyl Hydroxyl Amine is a volatile catalyzed oxygen scavenger cum condensate line treatment chemical. It is based on DEHA catalyzed with hydroquinones. Samrat Industries Deha - Diethyl Hydroxyl Amine reacts with oxygen to form acetates, nitrogen and water. It passivates the metal surfaces in the boiler, and then passes out of the boiler with the steam, and act as a metal passivating agent in the return line system.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Deha - Diethyl Hydroxyl Amine is fed neat (undiluted) continuously to the boiler feed water depending upon the dissolved oxygen content, temperature and pressure of boiler.
Theoretically the dosage is 1.3 parts active ingredient for every part of oxygen, but in application, a dosage of 3ppm active for every ppm of O2 is recommended.

Polyamine
Polyamine is a blend of neutralizing amines in a ratio that best suits the conditions of a low-pressure and a medium pressure boilers with long to short run condensate line and at various pressure range and liquid vapor distribution ratio.
Polyamine is more recommended than any in-situ blend of amines. It is designed to prevent amine carbonate deposition.

Morpholine
MORPHOLINE is an organic amine used for boiler water treatment. It increases the pH of boiler water to protect boiler against corrosion.
MORPHOLINE is an amine based formulation and does not add salt to the boiler water and thereby does not increase the TDS which results in reduced blow down and fuel savings.
MORPHOLINE can be used in all type, size and pressure of boilers.)

MORPHOLINE dosage depends upon the feed water quality and operating conditions. Ideally it should be fed continuously with dosing pumps.

Cyclohexylamine
Cyclohexylamine has been primarily be used for low-pressure boilers where the condensate has a long run. The BP of 134 deg C is equivalent to a boiler pressure of 30 psi.
Cyclohexylamine has the ability to stay with condensate steam for longer runs and at various steam pressures which is not a characteristic of other neutralizing amines available. In case the amine requirement is high then there is possibility of amine carbonate deposit formation.
In this case, it is recommended that a blend of other amines be used with Cyclohexylamine for the long run and the low pressure benefits while preventing carbonate deposition.

Carbon Dioxide Corrosion Inhibitor
Samrat Industries Carbon Dioxide Corrosion Inhibitor is designed to prevent corrosion of boiler systems particularily the condensate return line of corrosion.
Is carbon dioxide corrosive? Yes, carbon dioxide is corrosive.
How is carbon dioxide corrosive?
Carbon dioxide is corrosive because it forms into carbonic acid in presence of CO2 + heat + water at low pH conditions. The carbonic acid that is evolved is very corrosive.

CO2 corrosion can simply be prevented by neutralizing amine treatment of condensate return line. This is best achieved with the use of Samrat Industries Polyamine. Polyamines have vapor liquid distribution ratio such that the corrosion of condensate return line is prevented even in case of long or short lines with low to medium pressure boilers and does not even cause formation of amine carbonates.
